A return request can be placed only within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you would like to return a product, please write to us at [email protected] or call us on customer support no. +91 22 25005297. Our team will contact you and guide you through the returns procedure. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. All products should be sent back in their original packaging through a reputed courier service.It is advised that all return goods should be adequately packed to avoid damage during transit. The returned goods will be thoroughly verified and checked by our team to determine the legitimacy upon return. Any products returned in damaged condition will not be eligible for a full refund. It takes 10 working days to process the refund once the products reach us in good condition.

If you receive a damaged/defective/incorrect product, please write to us at [email protected] to notify us of the same within 24 hours of delivery. If you are unable to do so Luce will not be held liable to replace your order. Upon receiving your complaint, we shall verify the authenticity and nature of the same. Once it is established that the complaint is genuine, we will initiate the replacement process.Please make sure that the products are unused.We will arrange the pick-up of the damaged/defective/incorrect product through our logistics partner. If we are unable to do so you will be notified regarding the same and you will have to dispatch the products through a reputed courier service within 24 hours from the receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed to the customer as determined by the logistics team upon consultation with Luce. It is advised that all return goods should be adequately packed to avoid damage during transit. The exchange products are subject to verification and checks by Luce to determine the legitimacy of the
complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, then the customer will have to bear the shipping charges. Once the product is received the replacement will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.

*Exception: Light bulbs, products which are marked as non refundable, used/ installed/assembled product, sale products.

Once an order is placed it can only be cancelled within 4 hours, provided that the order hasn’t been dispatched. In Luce once we receive the order we start the process right away. The returned goods will be thoroughly verified and checked by our team to determine the legitimacy upon return. Any products returned in damaged condition will not be eligible for a full refund. It takes 10-15 working days to process the refund once the products reach us in good condition. Refund will be processed via the same online mode of payment used for purchasing the Product.

As per Indian indirect tax, GST is charged to all the products shipped worldwide. If GST is applicable to your order it will be automatically calculated in the checkout page.

*Kindly note the bulbs doesn’t come under warranty

Luce ensures that all the bulbs and lamps used are available with us all the time and also is easily available in India. The detail of the bulb/lamp is mentioned in the description on the product page. Luce provides installation manual that can be followed step by step by you or by your electrician for installation. In case you still have issue in installation you can get in touch with the Customer Service for assistance on the same.

We use Razor pay gateway, where payment can be done online via 100+ payment modes including Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, AMEX, Diners), Net Banking from top 50+ banks, UPI (Web Collect & UPI Intent), Online Wallets(Mobikwik, Freecharge, Amazon Pay, Phone Pay, Jio Money, Airtel Money, PayZaap and Ola Money), EMIs (Credit/Debit Cards & Card-less), PayLater and NEFT/RTGS payments.

At present we are not offering Cash on Delivery. However watch out for news on the same.
