Terms & Conditions

1. Shipping:

  • We offer free shipping across India.
  • All confirmed orders are shipped within 3 working days of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details so that you can track your order.
  • Our orders are delivered within 3-10 working days once it has been shipped. The exact period varies based on the user’s locality and region.

2. Returns:

  • A return request can be placed only within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • If you would like to return a product, please write to us at [email protected] or call us on customer support no. +91 22 25005297. Our team will contact you and guide you through the returns procedure.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • All products should be sent back in their original packaging through a reputed courier service.
  • It is advised that all returned goods should be adequately packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • The returned goods will be thoroughly verified and checked by our team to determine their legitimacy upon return.
  • Any products returned in damaged condition will not be eligible for a full refund.
  • It takes 5 working days to process the refund once the products reach us in good condition.

3. Exchange:

  • If you receive a damaged/defective/incorrect product, please write to us at [email protected] to notify us of the same within 24 hours of delivery. If you are unable to do so Luce will not be held liable to replace your order.
  • Upon receiving your complaint, we shall verify the authenticity and nature of the same. Once it is established that the complaint is genuine, we will initiate the replacement process.
  • Please make sure that the products are unused.
  • We will arrange the pick-up of the damaged/defective/incorrect product through our logistics partner. If we are unable to do so you will be notified regarding the same and you will have to dispatch the products through a reputed courier service within 24 hours from the receipt of such notice.
  • Courier freight charges will be reimbursed to the customer as determined by the logistics team upon consultation with Luce.
  • It is advised that all returned goods should be adequately packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • The exchange products are subject to verification and checks by Luce to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, then the customer will have to bear the shipping charges.
  • Once the product is received the replacement will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.

4. Cancellation:

  • Once an order is placed it can only be cancelled within 4 hours, provided that the order hasn’t been dispatched.
  • If you have an account with us, then you can directly cancel your order from the ‘My Orders’ page.
